Earlier actual data release of this stamp was 31-12-2010. But it was prematurely released on 09-10-2010. India Post laterconfirme d all its postal circles and Philatelic Bureaus that the correct date of release of Immanuel Sekaranar is 09th October 2010. So this is not a premature issue.
